New alpha version available

Hello, my friends!
Almost six months have passed since the previous release. During this time the following was done or redone:
Player control tools
- Subsidies, you can spend money to improve building construction.
- In-game upgrades for industries (just 1 lvl for now)
- Meta game upgrades (only 2 for now)
- Taxes are not ready for now, but gold is more than enough.
Economy
- Overheat mechanics which allow you to earn research points (RP)
Population
- Circular population growth mechanism is ready. Depending on your food income more people will come, eat, starve and die. And again.
- Riot mechanic. For now, it's can be solved only by force, in future there will be non military ways.
Warcraft
- Conquering army. Attacking one non-ally city after another.
- Defensive army. Forming squads to defend every city under your control.
- Army constructor. Decide which troops will form your armies.
- Big battles with plenty of squads and reinforcement.
- More spec ops armies will come next.
Characters
- Three characters ready at start game
- But with one skill only for now
- Attache of king regent who will invite new citizens for your region
- Mercenary squads who good dealing with rebels
UI and Art
- The character selection menu is mock for now
- All arts are mock for now, and I hope to find artists to replace it.
And much more minor improvements!
