Major gameplay update

PART 1: NEW ORDER MECHANICS
To avoid the click-per-second rush and to provide a more meditative and strategic gameplay, a new order mechanic was added to the game. Now, once every few seconds, the player gets the opportunity to give an order. And this is the ONLY tool that affects the entire game world (including construction, taxes, army, your heroes, etc.).
It is worth thinking and not rushing before spending it.
PART 2: BATTLES REMAKE
Battles before were like a free-for-all skirmish, it was not clear how many troops fighting and who was winning and why.
Therefore, to present military hierarchy (Player - armies - squads - soldiers), added "cohorts".
Each squad now consists of cohorts, and cohorts of soldiers, their number is a kind of HP. A cohort fights as one unit and during the battle it becomes much clearer who wins and, most importantly, why.
PART 3: NEW INDUSTRY CONTROLS
The panel for cities and specializations has been redesigned, now you can see how these mechanics work on the one panel.
PART 4: BASIC RESEARCHES
First level researches have been added to 5 industries.
